Adventures in Colored Pencil

Classes are open to everyone 18 years and older. Beginners will learn the properties of the colored pencil, color theory, and how to create realistic drawings. Intermediate students will be in an open studio environment and will learn additional colored pencil techniques. A variety of projects will be available to all students. Students are encourages to also create their own colored pencil projects during the five week course. 

Laurie Miille is a California native who currently resides in San Ramon, CA. She has degrees in Drafting Technology, Interior Design and Photography. She worked as a Printed Circuit Designer for 35 years before retiring from her full time professional career and committing herself to her life-long interest in art. She has been drawing and painting landscapes, portraits and still life in oils, acrylics, pastel, watercolor and colored pencil. Contact:
